Local Applicants (for College and Junior College)

• Scholastic Record and Guidance Counselor Recommendation Form
• Proof of payment

Other Requirements:

• Scholarship application (for scholarship applicants only)
• EM Parents’ Info Sheet and EM Assessment Fee (for college EM applicants only)
• Gr. 12 report card (for Gr. 12 graduates who have not enrolled for college only)

Transfer Applicants

Prior to application:

• Copy of transcript of records
• Certificate of good moral character
• Certification of not being academically dismissed from the school previously attended

Upon approval:

• Online application
• Transcript of record
• Two (2) Recommendation Forms for Transfer Applicants
• Proof of payment

Foreign Applicants

• Online application
• Scholastic Record and Guidance Counselor Recommendation Form
• Proof of payment
• Copy of passport and ACR
• TOEFL/IELTS results (if applicable)

Application Fees

• Private School Applicants – Php1000
• Public School Applicants – Php300
• Foreign Applicants – $50USD
