Ines is an alumna of UA&P, having graduated in 2003 with a degree in AB Humanities with specialization in Development Education. She has been teaching in UA&P since getting her degree. Aside from teaching in UA&P part-time, she runs a garment manufacturing business that specializes in hand-smocked children’s clothes.
Ines finds teaching NSTP (National Service Training Program) to be a very fulfilling profession because it allows students to participate actively in community work and fosters in them a sense of service. She also competes in triathlon races and has spearheaded the Mikel Lovina Jamborun, an annual charity run that converts kilometers to meals for undernourished children in the Philippines. She has found purpose in helping uplift communities through her passion in teaching and in sports.
