Maria Concepcion S. Noche is the Dean of the Institute of Law of the UA&P School of Law and Governance. She is a litigator, law professor, and author of law books, one of which received the Centenary Book Award from the Supreme Court for being a “scholarly reference in the field of law.”
Atty. Noche is a professorial lecturer at the Philippine Judicial Academy of the Supreme Court and the vice-chairperson of its Special Areas of Concern Department. She is also a staunch advocate for family and life, and is the president of Alliance for the Family Foundation Philippines, Inc., an organization that seeks to promote and protect family and life.
She holds a Master of Laws in Comparative and International Law from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas, and completed certificate courses at the Harvard Law School and at the Academy of American and International Law, International and Comparative Law Center, Dallas, Texas. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree, second honors, and her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.
