Dr. Noemi Barcial-Torre is currently the Secretary of the Operations Committee of the School of Sciences and Engineering. Her research interests include mathematics, applied mathematics, and transportation. Dr. Torre led a group of researchers on the recycling and recyclability index of vehicles that have reached their end-of-life. The project aims to contribute to the development of a recycling culture and mindset among Filipinos.
