Steffi P. Manhit

Steffi Manhit has over 35 years of professional managerial and human resource training and development experience. She holds a PhD in Curriculum Studies, a master’s degree in Education, and an AB Economics degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She obtained her Diploma on Strategic Human Resource Development from the Ateneo de Manila University.

She also has 20 years of experience as academic faculty and mentor at UA&P, teaching Human Resource Management, Human Behavior in Organization, Organization Development, Workplace Learning and Performance, Applied Research, and Management Research Seminar in the undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate programs. She is the Research Cluster Head of the School of Management and a regular resource person for UA&P’s South East Asia Business Studies (SEABS), facilitating workshops for corporate clients.

Dr. Manhit is an accredited trainer of Quality Circles Program, Positive Discipline, Systematic Managerial Analysis Program, and Analytical Tools for Supervisors Program.
