Human Capital and Organization Development

The Master of Science in Human Capital and Organization Development (MSHCOD) intends to form Organization Development (OD) practitioners steeped in the latest OD tools, while being grounded on essential principles of Human Capital Development (HCD).

1st Semester

  • Philosophical Foundations of HCOD
  • Understanding Human Behavior in Orgs
  • Applied Research

2nd Semester

  • Organizational Culture and Change
  • Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management
  • Strategic Human Resource Development (PMAP Certificate Course Creditable)

Year 2

1st Semester

  • Human Capital Analytics
  • Human Capital Management and Organizational Strategy
  • Fundamentals of Organizational Development (PMAP Certificate Course Creditable)

2nd Semester

  • OD Strategies and Interventions Design
  • Organizational Diagnosis and Process Consulting
  • OD Trends and Issues

Admission

To be eligible to apply for the program, an applicant must fulfill the following:

  • Graduate of a 4-year or 5-year degree
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant work experience (Human Resource Management, or its equivalent, is an advantage.)

Applicants need to pay the Admissions Processing Fee worth PhP 2000 at the Accounting Office, and submit the following requirements:

All applicants are required to take the Graduate Level Test (GLT) administered by the Center for Educational Management (CEM) in Makati City, and undergo an interview.
