“China’s Food: A Historian Asks What’s Next?”

The Asia-Pacific Studies Program of the College of Arts and Sciences invites everyone to its first online lecture “China’s Food: A Historian Asks What’s Next?” on May 20 (Wednesday) at 1:30 pm. Professor of Humanities Thomas David DuBois of the Beijing Normal University will discuss how he came to study China’s food and the coming changes, from safer milk to plant-based meat.
