The Mentoring, Guidance and Counseling (MGC) Office has created an Online Referral Form to provide timely and effective support to students. The referral can direct students with concerns on personal matters and well-being to a guidance counselor so that necessary and appropriate action and help is given.
Referrals can be made by anyone (teachers, school personnel, parent/guardian, peers) who knows and has observed the student and wants to help.
