Speaker Maria Althea “Tinette” Masangkay, a professional coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF), will discuss the elements and benefits of the positive workplace; the behaviors that constitute abuse, harassment and discrimination; and the emotional intelligence skills that leaders should develop to cultivate positive work environments.
