Last June 3, the UA&P Institute of Law and the City Government of Pasig signed a Memorandum of Agreement that will allow students of the Institute of Law to engage in the limited practice of law by serving Pasig City’s marginalized sectors. The effort is part of the Clinical Legal Education Program carried out through the UA&P Law Clinic.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mayor Vico Sotto, Institute of Law Dean Atty. Maria Concepcion S. Noche, City Administrator Atty. Jeron Manzanero, City Legal Officer Atty. Jo Lati-Bagaoisan, and Institute of Law Secretary Atty. Joel Arzaga.

In a Facebook post, Mayor Sotto invited Pasig residents in need of free legal advice to visit the City Legal Office.
