UA&P is now accepting applicants for its Master in Applied Business Analytics (MABA) program—the first Business Analytics graduate program in the Philippines, designed to address the dramatic acceleration in the pace of digital transformation across Asia’s economies. The program, delivered in collaboration with the Analytics Association of the Philippines (AAP), will launch during the upcoming school year 2018-2019 this September.
Because of the digital transformation, jobs in the Philippines are being greatly affected: new roles are being created, others are being automated or made redundant, and the rest are in need of being upskilled. Organizations are also recognizing the role of data in gaining insights and out-thinking competitors. Through MABA, students will be able to keep pace with these changes by being able to:
- position themselves to potentially compete for a number of fast-growing analyst positions, including market research analyst, business analyst, information systems analyst, financial analyst, operations analyst, operations research analyst, corporate planning analyst and many more
- efficiently and effectively transform data to support decision making for positive outcomes. Students will learn how to combine these analytics skills with domain expertise and ethical managerial and leadership skills.
- get into a career in analytics as analytics consultant, head of an analytics team or Chief Data Officer. If they are doing any of these roles already, then the MABA from UA&P can help them move to the next level.
MABA is for experienced professionals in any industry who want to seize the power of data and analytics in their work for their organization. Apply now by filling out the online application form here. Deadline for applications is July 28, 12 NN.
