The UA&P team composed of Ethan Gabriel Lee (56YP MSIE), Scott Gabriel Tiamson (56YP MSIE), Regina Maria Padojinog (56YP MSIE), and Marco Antonio Agonia (36YP MSIE), were awarded Grand Champions of the Asian Business Case Competition 2021 (ABCC). They are the first Philippine team to have ever won in the 13-year history of Asia’s largest sustainability case competition.

The team successfully outranked students from universities around the world including the University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University, University of New South Wales, and the University of Belgrade. This places them alongside previous winners such as the University of Toronto and Nanyang Technological University.

ABCC is Singapore’s first international undergraduate business case competition, and is also the only one focusing on sustainability and business. Every year, the competition hosts undergraduate participants from business schools around the world, applying their knowledge and skills to solve real-life business problems.

UA&P’s second team, composed of Josh Cody Ong (56YP MSIE), Anna Maria Grio (56YP MScM), Jose Genson II (56YP MScM), and Arielle Keithley Mirandilla (46YP MAC-IMC) likewise put up a strong fight, placing within the top nine teams of the competition.
