Leadership Development Program

Crafted by Southeast Asia Business Studies (SEABS), the Leadership Development Program (LDP) prepares top-performing middle managers and senior managers prior to facing tougher responsibilities.

LDP has three separate yet related residential modules spread over five months. Each module runs from Monday to Saturday, and in different locations in the Philippines.

Teaching methods include case studies and group discussions, simulations, presentations, and lectures on the conceptual framework to be delivered by local and regional practitioners and faculty from Europe’s leading business school—the IESE Business School.
