In celebration International Women’s Month, GoDigital Pilipinas is putting the spotlight on female tech trailblazers who are paving the way for a technologically adept Philippines. GoDigital Pilipinas an organization that heavily advocates for faster and more efficient digitalization in the country.
Among their list of “successful female leaders from the country’s growing digital sphere” is UA&P alumna Crystal Lee Gonzalez who graduated from the Master of Science in Management program in 2006. She went on to become the co-founder of Pick.A.Roo and the CEO and co-founder of Noneaway. She has also held other leadership positions in companies such as Canva Southeast Asia, Estee Lauder Philippines, and Viber.

As a woman in tech, Crystal is pushing for more women representation in the field and encourage women to join the industry by increasing exposure for these job opportunities. “I feel like if we want more women, then we need to say it and talk about it that there needs to be more women,” she expresses. “Both private and public entities should promote and encourage it. It would also be great if even the government had more women-initiated programs.”
