Patricia Berba lectures in the BS Human Capital Development program of the School of Education and Human Development. She is also a Business Coach in the Entrepreneurial Management program of the School of Management.

She obtained her master’s degree in Business Administration (International Business) at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of the Philippines. She also completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Studies from Cornell University.

She is a management consultant with over 25 years of professional experience, trained and accredited in training, coaching, and organizational quality assessment.
