Dr. Paul Dumol lectures in the Humanities Program of the College of Arts and Sciences. He holds a PhD in Medieval Studies with specialization in Philosophy from the University of Toronto, Canada, and an MA in Liberal Arts with specialization in Philosophy from the Institute of Liberal Arts of the University of Navarre (Pamplona, Spain). He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts.
Dr. Dumol is a playwright who writes in Tagalog; he is the author of the one-act play “Ang paglilitis ni Mang Serapio,” which was recognized by some critics as the pioneer of modernism in Philippine theater.
