Minnie graduated with a degree in Psychology and completed her MBA both from the De La Salle University in Manila. She is currently taking up her second postgraduate degree on Master of Science in Human Capital and Organizational Development in UA&P.

Before joining UA&P in 2021 as a part-time instructor and as a full-time employee in 2022, Minnie was employed in a multinational pharmaceutical company. She progressed in several HR, sales, and ethics and compliance leadership roles, and her vast experience includes international assignments in several ASEAN and African countries.
