Dr. Josette Reyes is currently the Program Director of the BS Human Capital Development and Masters in Human Capital and Organization Development programs of UA&P. Prior to this role, she spent 14 years in HR operations in UA&P and more than 15 years of operations tasked with management and people development in non-government organizations region-wide and in some Asian countries. She has conducted training sessions in non-government and private organizations on people development, mentoring, administrative and leadership skills, values formation, personality development, and service excellence.
Dr. Reyes has delivered papers in local and international conferences on topics such as education from the lens of pioneering Filipinos.
