Dr. Cid L. Terosa is the former Dean of the School of Economics of the University of Asia and the Pacific and Director of the Applied Business Economics Program of UA&P.

Dr. Terosa is recognized as a leading specialist in the field of inter-industry or input-output economics in the Philippines. He has written and presented researches on input-output analysis in international conferences sponsored by the International Input-Output Association, International Association of Agricultural Economists, and the Asian Society of Agricultural Economists. He has done numerous studies as consultant to various private companies, government agencies, and international institutions.

Dr. Terosa has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of San Carlos in Cebu City.
