In collaboration with our partner organizations, the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) and the Department of Transportation (DoTr), the University of Asia and the Pacific will hold a forum on the Service Contracting Program (SCP) on November 20. Now on its 2nd year, the Forum aims to bring together key stakeholders from the transportation sector, local government units, financial institutions and transport service entities to discuss the latest developments, challenges, and opportunities within the SCP. The forum will be held from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm at UA&P Dining Halls 1 and 2.
