Fr. Cecilio L. Magsino holds a PhD in Philosophy from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of the Philippines Diliman. He teaches Philosophy of Law in the UA&P Institute of Law, and Moral Theology in the College of Arts and Sciences. He also works in the Chaplaincy of the University.
