Last October 6, UA&P Vice Grand Chancellor Rev. Fr. Julio Diéguez paid a visit to the UA&P campus for the first time and met with University President Dr. Winston Conrad Padojinog as well as other University officials. Fr. Diéguez succeeded Fr. Carlos Estrada as UA&P Vice Grand Chancellor last September 2 after his appointment as Regional Vicar of the Philippines and Indonesia by Msgr.
