Scholarship Application

Merit Scholarship
Merit scholarships are highly competitive study grants that may cover up to 100% of tuition fees. In addition, the top applicants of each batch may also be awarded a stipend, book allowance, and board and lodging allowance (for provincial applicants). The scholarship may continue up to the graduate level of the University’s five-year or six-year programs or to the MA or MS program of a corresponding AB or BS program.

Financial Aid
Financial assistance may be granted to Filipino students who meet certain academic and financial criteria. The grant may cover up to 100% of tuition fees. It is renewable every year and is premised on continued financial need. Financial aid may continue up to the graduate level of any of the 5-year or 6-year programs. Financial assistance grantees must render some hours of student assistantship, depending on percentage of tuition discount, in a unit of the University to which they are assigned.

Athletic Scholarship
Athletic Scholarships are grants awarded to student-athletes who excel in sports and academics. The scholarship is for one academic year (i.e., two continuous semesters) and may be renewed every year thereafter, provided retention requirements are complied with. The scholarship may be in the form of partial (25%, 50%, 75%) to full (100%) discount on tuition and other fees.

Arts Scholarship
Arts Scholarships are grants awarded to students who excel in arts, music, and academics. The scholarship is for one academic year (i.e., two continuous semesters) and may be renewed every year thereafter, provided retention requirements are complied with. The scholarship may be in the form of partial (25%, 50%, 75%) to full (100%) discount on tuition and other fees.

Unitas Grant
Unitas Grant scholarships are partial to full tuition discounts for dependents of eligible employees of the university. These grants are validated and certified by the Human Resource Management (HRM) unit following the policy and guidelines for the Unitas Grant.
