ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Step 1. Online Application
- Sign up for an online account in the UA&P Online Application site. Save your login details in case you need to go back to access your online application. You may edit your online application as long as you have not submitted it.
- Accomplish the online application form completely. Once submitted, your application status should be “Processing”.
Important: Take note of your online applicant number. This will be used for other transactions with the Admissions Office.
Step 2-A. Submission of Required Documents
- Download the School Record Form and the Guidance Counselor Recommendation Form. Make sure to download the correct forms corresponding to your application for College or Junior College (6YP).
- Email both forms to your respective schools and request them to accomplish it. Once done, have your school upload these forms to the UA&P Application Log for Schools: http://go.uap.asia/schoolforms2122
Note: Incorrect forms, as well as accomplished forms (School Record Form and Guidance Counselor Recommendation Form) sent directly by the applicant, will not be accepted.
- For college applicants with Entrepreneurial Management as their 1st or 2nd choice of course, accomplish the Entrepreneurial Management (EM) Parents’ Info Sheet.
- For Grade 12 graduates who have not enrolled in any college or university yet, include a copy of your Grade 12 report card.

Once payment has been made, accomplish the UA&P Application Log for Applicants and upload your proof of payment along with the other applicable documentary requirements (e.g. EM Parents’ Info Sheet, Gr. 12 report card): http://go.uap.asia/applicants2122
Step 3. Acknowledgment
Once all application requirements have been received, both from you and your school, an acknowledgement email with additional information and instructions shall be sent to you within 5-7 working days.

UA&P offers various scholarships to help Filipino students finance their graduate and undergraduate education. Application forms for scholarship must be submitted along with the other requirements for admission. Take note that scholarship applicants should submit all requirements from September 21 to October 21, 2020 only. All scholarship applicants are required to take the November 7 entrance exam of the University. Note: The school personnel accomplishing the Recommendation Form for Scholarship should send it directly to scholars@uap.asia following the same subject heading. Center for Student Affairs (Office of Sports Development) Likewise, the University recognizes and accepts the following external grants: Submit a copy of documents or certifications pertaining to these grants to scholars@uap.asia with the following subject heading: level applied for, applicant number, full name (e.g. College, 12345, Juan dela Cruz) UA&P accepts transfer students from other universities and colleges accredited by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) who are willing to start again as freshmen and who meet the admissions criteria of the university. Submit all pre-application requirements for evaluation to admissions@uap.asia with the following subject heading: Transfer Evaluation – full name (e.g. Transfer Evaluation – Juan dela Cruz) Note: The University reserves the right to credit or not to credit any subject taken elsewhere. True to our credo to be a university that promotes understanding and cooperation among persons of all races, beliefs, and social conditions, UA&P is now accepting Grade 12 graduates from various international programs and standardized tests. The results of these programs and tests may be used to replace the UA&P Entrance Exam ONLY when the following conditions have been met: International Baccalaureate (IB) Cambridge Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) Diploma SAT UA&P’s Designated Institution (DI) Code for SAT is 7183. Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) General Admissions Test (GAT) and Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) A foreign applicant is required to submit a copy of his/her TOEFL or IELTS results if any or all of the following conditions apply: For TOEFL, a minimum rating of 75 for internet-based testing or 550 for paper-based testing. For IELTS, a minimum rating of 6.
